Eligibility of Return
Our products are not eligible for Return. Express orders takes 48-72 working hours to deliver . If express orders are not delivered within promised time , Refund of Express Shipping charges will be done (Contact at tottoys.shop@gmail.com) and in no way refund of complete order will be done. 

Eligibility of Exchange
Our products are not eligible for exchange unless you receive damaged/wrong order. In the event that a product reaches damaged or wrong order received, please email us on tottoys.shop@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order along with videos of unboxing and damaged product and we will take care of the rest to exchange.

Terms of refund
In case of damaged product received, we give an option to send you the same item again or refund you the amount. 
In case of wrong product sent we discuss with the client on cases to case basis and ask for the return of wrong product sent. We send another product in exchange after we receive the wrong product sent back to our warehouse. In such situations there may or may not be a refund option on case to case basis after inspection of products received by us.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email confirming your refund amount. Please allow us up to 5 business days after your items have been received by our warehouse to send you an email on your refund status. Please note that, depending on your original form of payment method, it can take up to 7 business days for your refunded amount to be credited to your account.
